I represented first-time buyers on this one. We got a great price for the area. We were able to close in 3 weeks. Water and termite damage was found post-inspection, after the buyer started to do some remodelling. I have been in constant contact with the seller's agent to let the seller know of this problem. The seller has ben nice enough to help with the cost of repair. I mention this because I want customers to know that I just don't walk away after a sle. I need to know that my customers are satisfied.
