Sold June 31, 2008!!!
My buyers did all the work. They were great. I helped find the home and did the negotiating, but they did all the work, and were incredibly patient and a pleasure to work with. This house needed a lot of work, from the cracked pool basin all the way to the interior repairs. They were force to do these repairs before theyu could close. They jumped through a lot of hoops, but in the end got the home of their dreams. I wish them all the best.
