This list will most certainly change as we review options and alternatives. Please take a few minutes now to begin that process and let me know your needs by filling out the Buyer's Wish List linked on the right. I will review your requirements, and will assemble a list of properties for your review using the Juslisted.com system and eMLS. Properties matching your criteria will be sent to your email address on a daily basis. We will revise your requirements based on your feedback, and we will refine the selection process working with you, until we find the perfect property for your family.

The sale of your property is my most important mission. But not just the sale: the right price at the right time. I will begin by assessing your property with respect to your neighbors', recent sales in your area, and current market "pull". To help you get full market price for your home I will request that we work with a certified property appraisor before listing your property. Keep in mind that a certified appraisor will give you a reliable estimate of value that lenders will accept. This keeps us from overpricing , or underpicing the market value of your home. Then I will coordinate with you to develop a sales plan that will include advertising options, listing placement and lead review. I will guide you through the process personally, and will keep you up to date every step of the way. To begin, please tell me a little about your property by completing  the CMA Request at the right. I will conduct a preliminary review and contact you shortly with an assessment of your opportunities.
