How much lower do you think prices are going to go? There is so much inventory out there, and the majority of sellers are willing to look at any offer. Finding you dream home has become easier than it has been in years. And look how low interest rates are. We're looking at 30 year fixed rates just a little over 5.0%. We are seriously into a buyer's market cycle.

If you are visiting my site as a seller, I hope you like the quality of my work. I put a lot of pride into the marketing of my listings. With as much inventory as is out there, the better your home is marketed, the more opportunity there is to get it sold. 2008 was a horrendous year for the real estate business, as it was for the rest of the economy. Many of my agent counterparts have fallen by the wayside, either scaling back to part-time status, or leaving the business entirely. I wasn't immune. My business was off considerably in 2008. The forecast for 2009 is that the downward trend will continue.

But I intend to stay the course, and plan to grow my business, and make it through these hard times. I'm not cutting back on the level of service I provide my customers. I still consider myself a full-time agent. And who do you want to have working for you, someone who works real estate full time or only part-time?
